Come and try the pastries of the bakery Au Four et au Moulin.
You'll find our stall with a selection of daily pastries.
We favour the seasonality, the quality and the freshness of all the preparations, therefore the menu changes every day.
Please book at least 3 days before if you need a special cake or important quantities; We might need to shop fresh products for it and some cakes need many preparations.
A different notion of Greed !
We work with ingredients with no phytosanitary products farming and we strive to maximise the use of local raw materials on the short circuit.
The controversial additives have been banned of our recipies, especially artificial colouring or preservatives.
Natural colouring (with less vivid tint) is only used in exceptionnal cases : for a figurative cake order by instance.
All of this doesn't alter the taste of our pastries – quite the contrary !
The quality of our ingredients provides a pronounced and greedy flavour, without artifice !
